Why invest in Vitamins & Minerals
Vitamins: "vital minerals" that the body largely depends on the diet to supply in proper amounts. Generally the richest source of vitamins (and minerals) are fresh fruits, vegetables, and grains. Highly processed foods may be stripped of their natural vitamins. Some cooking methods also deplete vitamins. Nutritional supplements may contain vitamins that are natural (food derived) or synthetic (manufactured). Ingredient and manufacturing quality varies widely.
